Normo bir tıbbi cihaz veya sağlık hizmeti sağlayıcısı DEĞİLDİR.
Uygulama 13 yaş altı için tasarlanmamıştır. Uygulamayı kullanarak 13 yaşından büyük olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.
Uygulama içerisindeki sohbet ve analiz özellikleri büyük dil modelleri (Google Gemini API) ile desteklenmektedir. Yapay zekâ tarafından üretilen yanıtlar genel bilgilendirme niteliğindedir; hukuki, tıbbi veya finansal kesinlik taşımaz.
Normo bir kriz/acil durum hattı değildir ve AI sohbet özelliği kriz desteği vermez. Mesajınızda kriz belirten bazı ifadeler algılanırsa yapay zekâ çağrılmaz, bunun yerine acil yardım bilgisi gösterilir; bu kontrol her ifadeyi yakalayamaz. Kendinize veya başkasına zarar verme riski taşıyan acil bir durumdaysanız lütfen derhal 112'yi arayın veya en yakın sağlık kuruluşuna başvurun.
Normo, uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için size devredilemez, münhasır olmayan, geri alınabilir sınırlı bir son kullanıcı lisansı (EULA) verir. Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya yetkisiz dağıtamazsınız.
Uyku takibi, rapor, uyku puanı, akıllı alarm ve temel özellikler ücretsiz plandadır. Bazı özellikler ücretsiz planda sayıca sınırlıdır (ritüel/hatırlatıcı sayısı, günlük yapay zekâ mesajı, dinlenebilen gece kaydı sayısı, mikser kütüphanesi gibi), bazıları yalnızca Pro'dadır (sesli not, rüya temaları, Normo Web gibi). Pro bu sınırların çoğunu kaldırır; ancak Pro'da da adil kullanım tavanı geçerlidir: yapay zekâ için günde 150 birim — bir sohbet mesajı 1, bir "Rota" 3 birimdir, yani günde en çok 150 mesaj ya da 50 Rota. Hizmet kapsamı ve sınırları zaman içinde değişebilir; önemli değişiklikler önceden uygulama içinden bildirilir.
Premium (Pro) abonelikler ve uygulama içi satın alımlar yalnızca Google Play Store hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilir; ödeme bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz, Google tarafından işlenir. Pro; aylık ve yıllık abonelik ile tek seferlik (ömür boyu) satın alma olarak sunulabilir. Güncel planlar, fiyatlar ve abonelik dönemi uygulamadaki Pro ekranında ve satın almadan önce Google Play satın alma ekranında gösterilir; onayınız orada istenir. Tek seferlik satın alma abonelik değildir ve yenilenmez.
Fiyat değişikliği: abonelik fiyatı değişirse Google Play, yeni fiyat yürürlüğe girmeden önce sizi bilgilendirir. Ödenmiş dönemin fiyatı değişmez; Google Play kuralları gereği onayınız gerekiyorsa, onay vermediğiniz sürece abonelik yeni fiyatla yenilenmez. Yenilemek istemiyorsanız madde 9'daki gibi iptal edebilirsiniz.
Bazı planlarda Google Play'in sunduğu ücretsiz bir deneme süresi olabilir; süresi varsa satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Deneme süresi içinde iptal ederseniz herhangi bir ücret alınmaz. Deneme süresi doluncaya kadar iptal etmezseniz, dönem otomatik olarak ücretli aboneliğe döner. Deneme bitmeden 2 gün önce, bildirim izniniz açıksa uygulama içinden bir bildirimle hatırlatılırsınız; izin kapalıysa bu bildirim gelmez. İptal her durumda Google Play üzerinden yapılır.
Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman Google Play Store hesap ayarlarınızdan (Play uygulaması → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler) yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal ettiğinizde erişiminiz, ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar devam eder; madde 10'daki cayma hakkı saklı kalmak üzere kalan süre için kısmi iade yapılmaz. Yıllık planlarda, yenilemeden 2 gün önce de bildirim izniniz açıksa aynı şekilde hatırlatılırsınız; aylık planlarda her ay tekrarlayan böyle bir bildirim gönderilmez.
Satın alma tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçe göstermeden cayabilir ve iade talep edebilirsiniz; ücretsiz denemeyle başlayan bir abonelikte bu süre ilk ücretlendirme tarihinden işler. İade işlemi Google Play üzerinden yürütülür: Google Play'in iade sayfasından doğrudan talep açabilir, dilerseniz ceok.info@gmail.com adresine de yazabilirsiniz — bu durumda iade sürecini sizin adınıza Google Play üzerinden başlatırız. 14 günlük süre dolduktan sonraki talepler Google Play'in kendi iade politikasına tabidir ve onayı Google'a aittir.
Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla, başkasının hesabına yetkisiz erişerek, sunucularımıza zarar verecek veya aşırı yükleyecek şekilde ya da kötüye kullanım tespit edilen bir biçimde kullanamazsınız. Böyle bir kullanım tespit edilirse erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Uygulama içinden "Hesabı ve tüm verileri sil" ile sunucudaki kayıtlarınızı silmeniz, aktif Google Play aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Aboneliğinizi ayrıca Google Play üzerinden iptal etmeniz gerekir; aksi hâlde ödemeler devam eder.
Uygulama şu üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır: Google Gemini API (yapay zekâ yanıtları), RevenueCat (abonelik yönetimi), Google Play Faturalandırma (ödemeler). Bu hizmetlerin kendi kullanım koşulları ve gizlilik politikaları da geçerlidir.
Akıllı alarm ve uyku ölçümü, telefonun hareket ve ses sensörlerine dayanan bir tahmindir; garanti edilmiş bir sonuç değildir. Sensör hataları, telefon konumu veya sistem kısıtlamaları nedeniyle alarm çalmayabilir veya ölçüm eksik/hatalı olabilir. Önemli bir uyanış gerektiren durumlarda (ör. iş, uçuş, sınav) Normo'yu tek alarm kaynağınız olarak kullanmayın; yedek bir alarm bulundurun. Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Bu koşullar güncellendiğinde bu sayfada yayınlanır ve yürürlük tarihi güncellenir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinden ayrıca bilgilendirme yapmaya çalışırız.
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici sıfatınızla doğacak uyuşmazlıklarda, her yıl ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde yerleşim yerinizdeki veya tüketici işleminin yapıldığı yerdeki İl/İlçe Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri, sınırın üzerindeki uyuşmazlıklarda Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
Normo Web, bilgisayarınızdan eriştiğiniz, henüz beta aşamasında bir Pro özelliğidir; özellik kapsamı ve kullanılabilirliği değişebilir, önceden haber vermeden sonlandırılabilir. Telefonunuzun bıraktığı uçtan uca şifreli kopya en çok 7 gün sunucuda kalır ve süre sonunda otomatik silinir; ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası madde 8.

By downloading, installing or using the Normo application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
Normo is developed by Cemilcem Oktay (individual developer) and offered through Google Play. Contact: ceok.info@gmail.com. A postal address is listed in the developer details on Google Play; you may request it by email for written requests.
Normo is NOT a medical device or a healthcare provider.
The Application is not designed for children under 13. By using it, you represent that you are 13 or older.
Chat and analysis features within the Application are powered by large language models (Google Gemini API). Responses generated by AI are provided for general informational purposes only and carry no legal, medical, or financial warranty.
Normo is not a crisis or emergency hotline, and the AI chat feature does not provide crisis support. If certain expressions signalling a crisis are detected in your message, the AI is not called and emergency help information is shown instead; this check cannot catch every expression. If you are in an emergency involving risk of harm to yourself or others, please call your local emergency number immediately (112 in Turkey) or contact the nearest healthcare provider.
Normo grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited end-user license (EULA) solely for personal, non-commercial use of the Application. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the source code of the Application.
Sleep tracking, the report, the sleep score, the smart alarm and core features are on the free plan. Some features are numerically limited on the free plan (number of rituals/reminders, daily AI messages, number of night recordings you can play, the mixer library, etc.), and some are Pro only (voice notes, dream themes, Normo Web, etc.). Pro removes most of these limits, but a fair-use cap still applies on Pro: 150 AI units a day — a chat message costs 1 unit and a "Route" 3, i.e. at most 150 messages or 50 Routes a day. Scope and limits may change over time; material changes are announced in the app beforehand.
Premium (Pro) subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed exclusively through your Google Play Store account; your payment details never reach us and are handled by Google. Pro may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription and as a one-time (lifetime) purchase. Current plans, prices and billing periods are shown on the Pro screen in the app and, before you buy, on the Google Play purchase screen, where your confirmation is required. A one-time purchase is not a subscription and does not renew.
Price changes: if a subscription price changes, Google Play notifies you before the new price takes effect. The price of a period you have already paid for does not change; where Google Play's rules require your consent, the subscription does not renew at the new price unless you accept it. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel as described in section 9.
Some plans may include a free trial offered by Google Play; if available, its length is shown on the purchase screen. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts into a paid subscription. If notifications are allowed, we remind you in-app 2 days before the trial ends; if notifications are off, this reminder does not arrive. Cancellation is always done through Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Store account settings (Play Store app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period you paid for; without prejudice to your right of withdrawal in section 10, no partial refund is given for the remaining time. For yearly plans, we send the same kind of reminder 2 days before renewal if notifications are allowed; monthly plans do not receive a recurring reminder like this.
You may withdraw without giving a reason and request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date; for a subscription that started with a free trial, this period runs from the first charge. Refunds are handled through Google Play: you can open a request directly on Google Play's refund page, or email us at ceok.info@gmail.com and we will initiate the refund with Google Play on your behalf. Requests made after the 14-day window are subject to Google Play's own refund policy, and approval rests with Google.
You may not use the Application for unlawful purposes, access another person's account without authorization, damage or overload our servers, or otherwise abuse the service. We may suspend or terminate your access if such use is detected.
Using "Delete account and all data" in the app removes your server records but does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Google Play, or billing will continue.
The Application uses the following third-party services: Google Gemini API (AI responses), RevenueCat (subscription management), Google Play Billing (payments). Each of these services' own terms and privacy policies also apply.
The smart alarm and sleep measurement are estimates based on the phone's motion and sound sensors; they are not a guaranteed outcome. The alarm may fail to sound, or a measurement may be incomplete or inaccurate, due to sensor errors, phone placement, or system restrictions. For situations requiring a critical wake-up (e.g. work, a flight, an exam), do not rely on Normo as your only alarm; keep a backup alarm. The Application is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Application.
Updates to these Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will also try to notify you within the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. As a consumer, disputes within the monetary threshold announced each year are resolved by the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place, and disputes above that threshold by Consumer Courts.
Normo Web is a Pro feature, still in beta, accessed from your computer; its scope and availability may change and it may be discontinued without prior notice. The end-to-end encrypted copy your phone leaves stays on the server for at most 7 days and is automatically deleted afterward; see Privacy Policy, section 8, for details.
